Aubrey Nick Pittman, Chair of the National Bar Association Lawyers for Democracy, spoke with BIN’s Vanessa Tyler about how the Association is working to ensure that Black voters are registered and their votes are counted. In addition, they are fighting to remove obstacles for Black voters and preparing for litigation stemming from barriers impacting voters in the 2024 election.
